First, in April I went to Kiora's home, to help her get ready for baby Xela, and to visit before life got hectic with a new born.
Chio and Ryan and I were at a park up the street playing when we found out that Kiora needed a C Section. We were getting ready to go to the Red Rope park (I think that's what Chio called it) so off we went.
We took pictures and then very shortly we found out that Xela had arrived. She was very beautiful! We went and got Alex the younger from school and then off to the hospital we went.
Grandma Karen came to be with baby Xela and Kiki while daddy Alex went home to shower, eat, and visit with the other children. Kiki took a nap
Mommy and Xela at the hospital.
PHOTO SHOOT for XELA!
She kept wanting to eat her hand, and although she was sleepy, I think she wanted to see what we were doing.
Trying to take a nap, " why all these photos?"
She was a sweet little baby, a very Good baby!
Then I went to Teandra's home in Indiana, to attend Teandra's graduation from Purdue with her Masters in Engineering Degree. We went around campus, taking photos in some of her favorite places. It's a beautiful school, and it's been around a long time. I liked all the fountains, and the flowering trees. And Teda of course! And Mark! And Gavin!

Gavin was nice, and wasn't born before the Saturday graduation, he waited until the following Tuesday.
Ta-Dah!
I stayed in Indiana until Teandra fulfilled her girls camp responsibilities. I would keep Gavin while Teandra did her girls camp stuff, and when he was hungry, I would take him to her. I read a lot, and held baby Gavin. It was fun, and beauatiful, and I saw a beaver in the wild for the first time, next to our car. I couldn't believe it!
I then went back to Kiki's home, to help and visit, and then I went home. :D
