
Goosie's Quilt is a work in progress. As each child graduates, I make a quilt for them. Kiora said she didn't want a bedspread, so we made her a garfield quilt, with a satin binding, and hand quilted it (daddy put his name in it). Nani's was bigger, really soft, purple, pretty green and white.
It had all the fuzzied coming to the front, and fringes.
Teda had a Batman quilt. a CRAZY quilt. So Goosie's quilt is the reason I decided to start going to my quilting classes again. We were doing a sampler quilt, and Goosie picked out DIFFERENT fabric for each of the 12 squares.
I think it will look beautiful when it's done.
